The direction focused on warm-tech aesthetics, gradient-driven wayfinding, and human-centered design—all crafted to differentiate Fitted in the crowded recruiting space and position them as guides, not vendors.
Create a brand and website that positions Fitted as a specialized recruiting partner for startups—not another generic agency.
Unlike typical recruiting agencies that feel transactional and impersonal, Fitted operates as a long-term hiring partner who understands startup constraints, urgency, and the critical importance of early hires. The brand needed to communicate expertise and trustworthiness while feeling approachable, optimistic, and genuinely human-centered.
Our goals were to:
Differentiate Fitted in a saturated market, moving beyond generic recruiting aesthetics into distinctive warm-tech territory.
Serve two distinct audiences (hiring companies and job-seeking professionals) with clarity and purpose.
Balance modern sophistication with human warmth—tech-capable without feeling cold or corporate.
Create visual wayfinding that literally guides users toward their goals, reinforcing Fitted's role as a guide.

Light Beams as Wayfinding Tools
Expanding directional gradients function as light beams that illuminate the path forward. These aren't decorative—they're strategic visual guides that direct attention, create momentum, and symbolize Fitted's core promise: illuminating the right career or team direction.
The Warm-Tech Color Palette
Coral, soft purple, electric blue, and luminous peach create an optimistic, forward-moving energy. The palette balances human warmth (coral, peach) with technological precision (blue, purple)—expressing "warm-tech" positioning that differentiates Fitted from cold corporate agencies or overly casual startups.
Photography + Gradient Separation
Clean photography sits alongside gradient fields—never merged. This intentional separation preserves authenticity and human connection while gradients provide directional energy. Real people, genuine moments, warm lighting—grounded in reality while gradients create visual momentum.
Fluid Identity Forms
Gradient smoothness translates into soft, modern shapes that can live in logomarks and brand elements. These forms feel friendly and approachable while maintaining technological sophistication—never corporate, never childish.

We created a complete visual system centered on expanding directional gradients as light beams. The identity balances modern sophistication with warmth through strategic color selection, typography, and the intentional separation of photography and gradient elements.

We built dual pathways for companies and professionals—each optimized for specific goals. Developed on Webflow with custom interactions, infinite scroll animations, and conversion-focused layouts that work beautifully across all devices.
